raat bhar CHAAND ke hamrah pehra kartay thay
]
jahan tanhaiyan sar phor ke soo jati hain
in makanon main ajab log raha kartay thay

kar diya aj zamane ne unay bhi MAJBOOR
kabhi yeh log mere DUKH ki DUWA kartay thay

dekh kar jo hamain chup chap guzar jata thay
kabhi us sakhs ko hum PYAAR kiya karte thay

itfakat-e zamana bhi ajab hai NASIR
aj woh dekh rahay hain jo SUNA kartay thay
