lafz khanjar bana kay baat na kar
Aankh mujh say chura kay baat na kar
Teray apno mein, may raha hoon kabhi
Mujh ko dushman bana kar baat na kar
Dast-wa-sahra mein ab aaman hoga
Itna maqtal saja hey kay baat na kar
Ban kay sawan tu jo aaj barsay ga
Shaher sara jala kay baat na kar
Woh aqeedat bhi aik sharafat thi
Yaad-e-Maazi dila kar baat na kar
Jo haqeeqat hey woh saamnay rakh dey
Tou bhi Nighat chuppa kay baat na kar
