Bhool gaye wo hum ko bas ek pal ke liye,

Ye bhi na socha rah saken ge hum us ke bina ek pal ke liye.

Raat ke tanhai main jab wo yaad ate hain ek pal ke liye,
Wo guzra howa pal yaad a jata hai pal do pal ke liye.

Bigh gai ye palke us ka intezar karte karte,
Kab ai ga wo pal har pal ke liye.
